Wellbeing Inclusion and Culture Committee and Exeter Education Incubator student-led funding 2024-2025

Wellbeing, Inclusion and Culture project funding 2025/26

The Wellbeing, Inclusion and Culture team, in collaboration with the Alumni Annual Fund, are pleased to invite staff and students to apply for microgrant funding in 2025/26.

These microgrants support staff and student-led projects that enhance the student experience and respond to this year’s five priority themes:

  • Anti‑racism
  • Disability and accessibility
  • Gender equality
  • Student safety
  • Community cohesion

The microgrant scheme provides an opportunity for University of Exeter students and staff to design and deliver inclusive projects that draw on lived experience and foster belonging at the university. We welcome applications from staff and students with project ideas that:

  • Align with one or more of the five themes, and/or
  • Take an intersectional approach

All projects must meet the Alumni Annual Fund eligibility criteria. Applications can be submitted for up to £3,000 (£500 minimum) to fund eligible projects. Applications must be submitted via the Alumni Annual Fund Application Form by Friday 27th March 2026.

All applications will be assessed by the Wellbeing, Inclusion and Culture team. Successful applicants will be notified by email on Tuesday 7th April 2026. Feedback will be provided to all applicants.
