SID Online is your way to access the University of Exeter's support services and resources. Here you can find guidance on common issues and log questions with support teams.

Get help in person

When you need to talk to someone face-to-face you will find patient and friendly staff who can either answer your query immediately or put you in contact with someone who can resolve your issue quickly.

Penryn Info Point

The Info Point is your first point of contact for all academic queries. Get answers to questions about your course, assessments or mitigating circumstances.

Find us on the ground floor of the Peter Lanyon Building.

Open from 09:00-13:00, 14:00-17:00 Monday to Friday in term time and closed on weekends.

The Student Helpdesk

The Student Helpdesk offers help and advice on any aspect of university life whether you have a quick query or require specialist support.

Find us on Level 1 in the Exchange Library.

Open from 09:00-19:00 Monday to Friday in term time and closed on weekends.
